Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) outlines the conditions under which refunds may be approved for services purchased from India Certify. By using our services, you agree to this Policy.

2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be considered only in the following situations:

  • Clear and demonstrable deficiency in service provided by India Certify.
  • Service delivered is materially different from what was committed.
  • Deficiency is attributable solely to India Certify.

3. Non-Eligibility for Refund

No refunds will be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after payment.
  • When work has already started, including document review or application drafting.
  • When drafts, filings, or deliverables have been shared.
  • Delays caused by government departments, portals, or policy changes.
  • Rejection of application due to eligibility issues or incorrect documents.
  • Refund requests made more than 30 days after service purchase and/or completion notification.

4. Service Value Transfer

At our discretion, we may allow the amount paid to be used for another service of equal or higher value instead of a refund.

5. Refund Process

If eligible, the refund process is as follows:

  • Submit a written request to support@indiacertify.com.
  • Our team will review the case.
  • If approved, refund will be processed within 15 business days.
  • Refund will be credited only to the original payment method or provided bank details.

6. Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are non-refundable:

  • Government fees.
  • Challan payments.
  • Third-party or certification body fees.
  • Portal or verification fees.
  • Courier or logistic expenses.

7. Force Majeure

No refunds will be provided for delays caused by events beyond our control, including technical failures, portal downtime, natural disasters, or government-related delays.

9. Final Decision

India Certify reserves the exclusive right to approve or reject any refund request. The Company’s decision shall be final.
