What is CSR Registration?

Since April 1, 2021, it is mandatory for all NGOs (Trusts, Societies, and Section 8 Companies) that wish to receive CSR funding from corporates to register with the Central Government by filing Form CSR-1 electronically. This generates a unique CSR Registration Number.
